Victor, first off thank you for all of your time and skill used in fixing my mothers Grandfather clock.Your dedication to customer service is beyond outstanding. I appreciate the time you took with me to expand the workings of the clock. Also you made sure I was satisfied with the sound level of the chimes and strike before you left. I highly recommend anyone with a clock repair need utilizes the incredible partner that I found in "Clock Repair by Victor." Timely, knowledgeable and curious, my experience with Victor far exceeded my expectations.
Upon realizing my treasured grandfather clock needed work, I worried about who I might turn to. Victor provided knowledgeable service that actually improved my "clock rituation" more than I could have imagined.
While he was at my house, I brought out a cuckoo clock that I had purchased as a teenager decades ago in Germany. Victor took a moment from his work and, just by examining the piece, was able to explain not only what should be done to repair it but also the clock's history. His insight into the clock impressed me, and I felt confident that someone with such in-depth understanding of the breadth of the subject would do an excellent job on my repair.
When Victor closed the door on my newly-serviced clock, I heard the chimes echo the exact way they should and felt pleased in my choice. The work was excellent, and I felt that it was done at a rate that was more that fair.
If you have a clock that you truly care about, like I do , I would highly recommend having i serviced by Victor- and no one else.

I wanted to let you know that I am enjoying my antique clock that you spent time repairing. The clock has a lot of sentimental value to me as it hung in my mother and father's dining room or many years.
I remember when I was trying to figure out who should repair the clock; I went to Google and read the reviews for your company and your work and contacted you. The reviews were so positive; I knew we would work well together.
I really appreciate your service for picking up the clock, letting me know about what needed to be repaired and a high level estimate of the time-frame and costs, delivering the clock, hanging the clock and more importantly, spending time with me to instruct me on how to care for the clock and how to set the time on the clock.
When you delivered the repaired clock, hung the clock where I can enjoy it every day, my breath was taken away. It was beautiful and I only wish I had gotten it fixed when it hung in my parent's dining room so they would have enjoyed a working clock.
My sister was visiting from out of town and she mentioned I need to bring my clock to St. Louis so Victor can fix it! What a testimonial on your craftsmanship and talent.
Please feel free to put this letter in your reference binder so other potential clients can see how talented you are. I don't have a before and after picture, but that would also show customers the excellent work that you do.
Thanks again.

This is to acknowledge that Victor competed repairs on my 20 year old Sligh grandfather clock, and I am very pleased to say that clock is working beautifully and keeping wonderful time. I had the clock repair about two years prior by a highly visible clock retailer in the St. Louis area, and within a matter of days the clock stopped working. A follow up visit then occurred, and thereafter the clock worked for a short time, and eventually stopped working completely. I did not call for warranty repair, and basically "chalked it up" to a costly and unproductive experience. Thus, I found Victor through a google search and was immediately impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and passion for his profession. He was punctual and was committed to quoted cost, and timely completion to his work. I am a very pleased customer.

Thank you for your recent repairs to my grandfather clock. You may recall that this clock was repaired a few years ago by a local company who did nothing but put a new mechanism inside of it. Their work was not satisfactory, the clock was not adjusted properly, and it never did run or sound right.
When it stopped working completely I called you and to my surprise you were able to come to my house the same day to inspect it. You carefully explained what was wrong and outlined two different ways you could repair it. I chose to have the existing movement repaired, and you took the movement, pendulum and weights with you.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call a few days later saying my clock was repaired and ready to deliver. You brought it to me the same evening, about ten days earlier than I expected. It works well and even sounds better since you were able to soften the impact of the small hammers on the chimes.
I will recommend your services to anyone who wants the job done right. Thank you again.

Sorry it has taken me this long to get this letter out to you. Since you have gotten my 2 Grandfather clocks back to me in Sept. 2012 they have been working just great. It is so great to have my sisters grandfather clock working since she is no longer with us. I know in my heart that she hears it everytime it chimes, my heart is filled with joy. I also want to thank you for working me into your busy days to come out and look at some clock when it stopped chiming. You made it out here in one day that also tells me that you care about your customers that you have done work for. Thank you so much for not schugging me off when I called and told you that growth I was having with my clock, you fixed it and my heart sings again. I will be getting back to you on a cuckoo clock that needs some work done.

Victor of Clock Repair by Victor repaired my Grandfather clock. We had not had it serviced for several years and the hour hand quit moving.
Victor did a thorough job and totally dismantled and repaired it. He explained everything that needed to be done and the proper operation of the clock in the future. I doubt if there is anyone as knowledgable as he is about clocks. He gave me an estimated time for repair and finished quicker than the estimate. I highly recommend him.

Victor, Mr. Morozov, came to my house to diagnose the problem with my wall clock, and give me an estimate for the repairs. He spend a great deal of his time expaining in detail exactly how the clock works. He was very informative, which I certainly appreciated.
He gave me an estimate and promised he would have my clock working and back on my wall in 3-4 weeks. He was true to his promise and returned with my clock, working beautifully, in just 20 days. I am so happy to once again be able to enjoy the sound of the strikes and chimes of the clock.
Be assured that Victor will do as he promises and you too will be as happy as I am. Also I was quite pleased with his charges, they are more than fair. Thanks, Victor.

This letter is in reference to Victor, who worked on two of my clocks that are quite old and have some financial value. When Victor came to the house he know right away the worth of both of these clocks, and told me that he just doesn't make them work, he restores them, so there is not replacement parts, but he takes the time to rebuild the clocks and bring them back to their original state. Both clocks were returned to us better than we even hoped. He not only did what he said he would do, but he fixed things on the clocks that we didn't even ask to fix and he did it for no extra cost. I would recommend him for any clock work that someone needs to have done on any clock that they value.

The following is a true story. This story concerns a grandmother clock purchased in 1993. This was the year that my husband died. The clock was purchased in memory of my husband.
For many years I wanted a grandmother clock but my husband said no because he felt it would keep him awake at night when he was trying to sleep. After he died the grandmother clock was purchased. It continued to run for many years without difficulty.
To make a long story short, my wonderful grandmother clock became sick. It no longer chimed or struck the time when it was supposed to. The day came in 2007 when a decision had to be made. My clock needed a doctor.
Not knowing who to contact so that my clock could be helped. I came across an advertisement for "Clockrepair by Victor. A house call was arranged and Victor came to estimate the damage to the grandmother clock. It was evident to him that the clock needed to be completely overhauled.
Victor did an excellent job repairing for this grandmother clock. I have nothing but good things to say about the quality of the work which he did and the outstanding way he helped me understand what needed to be done. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their clock repaired. It is so refreshing to find someone who is honest when dealing with the public and who does a good job as well.

Being new to St. Louis are, we needed to find somebody to repair our family heirloom antique wall clock. We came across Victor's name through an advertisement. During the house call to discuss the clock, Victor not only took the time to explain the problems, but was also able to give us some great insight about the clock itself. He took exceptional care and pride in all the steps of the process, from the beginning by entering our house with foot covering, to the wrapping the clock in cloth when removing it from the house, to the returning of the clock and carefully hanging it in place. Not only did he restore the clock to superb working order, but he meticulously cleaned it from top to bottom. The clock looks amazing, and works perfectly. We would definitely recommend Victor to others who need to trust in somebody to fix and restore their valuable clock.

Victor Morozov has been servicing my clock for many years. He is a master clock repair person, and is completely honest. One example, I live in Chesterfield and his service call charge is $75-85. I have called other clock repair dealers who are located in the Chesterfield area, and their charge is $125-$130. My clock is 23 years old, and he recently did a complete overhaul due to its age, and the price was very reasonable. I can assure you if you call him for service, you will recieve prompt, excellent workmanship that is very reasonable in cost.

I am pleased to give Victor at Clock Repair by Victor my highest recommendation. Recently, our Howard Miller Grandfather Clock stopped working. Victor completely overhauled the clock's mechanism, and it is now working flawlessly. I was very impressed with Victor's attention to detail. In the St. Louis area, I know of no one that knows more about clocks and how to repair and maintain them than Victor. He cares about his clients. He took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and why, and even showed me the best way to wind, maintain, and reset the clock. Years ago, one of our small children pulled the clock over on himself. He was not hurt and neither was the clock, but we were fortunate. I no longer worry about a similar incident because Victor was the clock securely fastened to the wall. Bottom line: If you need help with your clocks, Victor is the one to call.

I am writing this letter to you to let you know how much we are enjoying our newly repaired cuckoo clock. Since we purchased the clock in 1988, while we visited Germany, it is very special to us. When I called, you surprised us when you told us that you would come to our house and pick up the clock. You did this in a very timely manner, and explained what you felt were the problems. You returned the clock to us, sooner than you had said, bringing it back to us, showing us all of your repairs, and making certain that the clock was in good working order. When we had a small problem with it, you came right away and checked it out at our house - finding a very small piece of wood inside the clock, because of the tight fit of the door, it had come off, and was causing our little cuckoo to "cuckoo" at will!!! You removed the chip of wood, and it had been working just fine since that time. We enjoyed getting to know you, Victor. You take a lot of pride in the work that you do, and this shows in the end result. We would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that needed work done on a special cock! We hope that you and your family enjoy a very good year. We will call you if we have any problems. We will also call you when it is time to oil our wonderful cuckoo clock.

Victor Morozov who has recently completed work for me on a treasured music box which has been in my family for over 125 years. My grandfather gave the music box to my grandmother when they were married. It is solid mahogany and measures 16"X7". It plays 10 songs and it totally automatic. For many years it has not played, parts became discolored, it needed general repair. Victor did the work that was needed and my music

I have a 1920 Brunswick Victrola which belongs to my Grandmother and is a very important keepsake for me. The playing mechanism did not work, and I found Victor through a friend and gave him a call. I told him what I had, and he said to bring it in and he would look at it for me. When I brought the mechanism to Victor, he looked it over and said that he would be able to fix it and give me an estimate. I told him to go ahead with the repair and to call me when it was finished. Within a few days, Victor called me and said that my repair had been completed and I could come pick it up. When I
went to get the mechanism, I couldn't believe my eyes as it looked brand new.
Victor had taken it completely apart and cleaned and polished all of the pieces and lubricated them so that it was humming along like a Swiss Watch. Victor is indeed a true Craftsman, something we do not see much of these days. Not only did he do a fantastic repair at a fair price, he explained all that he did and told me how to maintain this mechanism so it would last for years to come. I would wholeheartedly recommend Victor
to anyone who is in need of a repair on a clock, Music box, or Victrola. Thank you Victor for restoring a very important piece that means the world to me.

To Whom It May Concern: I entrusted my great great grandmother's music box to
Victor Morozov for a complete restoration. It did not play and had some
minor scratches and imperfections in the wood. It now not only looks amazing,
but plays beautifully. It is obvious, Victor is a master at his craft. I
can't imagine finding anyone who could have done such a wonderful job, and in
such a timely manner.

I am pleased to recommend the excellent work and craftsmanship of Victor Morozov. He has repaired and restored three antique time pieces for us, and in so doing his work
knowledge of appreciation and experienced skill in the field have been very
apparent. He makes house calls. An Antique Farm House Clock (circa
1860?) To get it into good running order he has to locate some hard-to-find
mechanic parts including springs, chimes, and brushes. He made it keep good
time/chime and he carefully refinished its wooden case, bringing out its
original, simple, understated, charming character and beauty. Antique Wooden
Mantel Clock (in rather neglective condition) Victor repaired and
adjusted the clock to good time and chime functions. He finished the
case, noting the various woods in it. He polished the brass hinges and closures
and took special pride in the unusual glass fronts. His clock making
heritage was evident in his skill and background of information. Gold-Cased
Pocket Watch & Chain (late 1880's?) Victor immediately identified its
maker and country of origin. Again he cleaned it, adjusted it to keep accurate
time. He gives helpful instructions and information about caring for and
maintaining the good running order of his work. His commitment is to
excellence, craftsmanship was honest at a very reasonable price. For the
reasons we would not hesitate to trust him to work on any of our time pieces
and to recommend his work to others.

Recently, he did a complete overhaul of our 35-year-old Colonial Brand Grandfather Clock. I just wanted to write and let you know how very pleased we are with the results.
The clock now runs like new. The chimes are very crisp and clear
sounding. My wife and I were amazed at how fast he was able to do this,
considering it took 35 years to put it in the shape it was in. Also, the price
for doing all this was low and his work was done in such a timely manner. If we
ever need his services again, for any of our time pieces, we will certainly
call him. Again, many thanks for a job well done!

Thank You Mr.Morozov I have given my clocks a lot of thoughts for many years,
telling myself that they need attention. Finally, I have found you in the
Yellow Pages, which I thought would be my last straw. I was impressed at our
first meeting, and very happy to have you tell me what had to be done in order
to correct the errors that my family and I neglected through the years. Now the
clocks are back where they are part of my comfort zone. Many, many thanks to
you. A clock is like a visit from an old friend. I especially like the
strike on the Grandfather Clock each hour. And too, I am delighted to
have the information you gave me regarding the value of each. Many, many
thanks.

To whom this may concern, This past June I asked Victor of Clockrepair by Victor 8623 Henrietta Ave Brentwood, MO 63144 to repair an antique music box I just inherited from my mother. My parents purchased it approximately 45 years ago from a reputable antique dealer. Its size is 26"x10.75". It is approximately 6.75" high. The music box was not working and needed to be repaired. Victor agreed to repair and restore it for me. He
returned it to me repaired and restored with in the time he agreed, approximately five to six weeks. Victor is very sincere about trying to do a good job and taking pride on his work. He did a good job in repairing the mechanism of the music, making it look just gorgeous. It is playing just fine, and I believe it is in good working order and I believe it is in better shape than when it was perchased 45 years ago. Victor is very sincere in trying to please his customers. It is important to tell him exactly what you want in writing for there is a bit of a language barrier. I was not ... I was not initially happy with the refinishing job Victore did on the top of the music box. I called him up afterwards to tell him my dissapointment. He immediately ask me to return the music box to him, and he fixed it to more of my liking spending many hours repairing the inlaid work on the top of music box. To whom it may concern: We retained Victor Morozov to restore an
antique Grandmother clock, Circa 1860. All were original. It had not worked in
30 years. We also had him repair a "Atmos" Mantle clock with a precision
mechanism. It had not worked in 20 years. The clocks were returned in fine
working order. We would highly recommend Victor to repair any clock. He is
extremely knowledgeable and honest. He stands behind his work. David and Mary Jo

For many years we have had and enjoyed our Waterberry clock. However, as the years have passed, it has needed some adjustment and repair. We have called Victor Morozov for a house call to check on it. He arrived on August 21st. He inspected the clock thoroughly exploring the various parts and their functions. He explained the repair charge and picked up the clock for repair. He returned the repaired clock ahead of the scheduled time. He highly recommend him as he is punctual, courteous, reliable, and a professional.

This will serve as a reference and letter of recommendation for:
Victor Morozov who has recently completed work for me on a treasured music box which has been in my family for over 125 years. My grandfather gave the music box to my grandmother when they were married. It is solid mahogany and measures 16"X7". It plays 10 songs and it totally automatic. For many years it has not played, parts became discolored, it needed general repair. Victor did the work that was needed and my music
box looks like new. He is very accommodating and comes to your home to explain what he will do, he gives you the approximate repair cost, and when completed, he brings the item back to your home. I am very pleased with his work and found him very trustworthy and dedicated in his line of work. Virginia R. Groth 351-8372

Many, many
thanks.

Highly Recommend! I highly recommend Victor for Clock
Repair--especially very old wall hanging clocks damaged. In my case, our
late 19th century, wall mounted Gothic revival style, regulator Austrian
clock, with oak case, fell off the wall, and damaged both cases (broke)
and facing glass plus some working--It was messed up! Victor in his
precise fashion--renewed to its full structure. I'm
greatly pleased with his comprehensive and extensive manner in which the
returned clock was recieved. It looks excellent and works well. I highly
recommend Victor's good work. It may take some long repair time
depending on the damage. Sincerely, Forest L.
